The 2010 Isola dei Nuraghi Serralori Rosato is far from an easygoing wine. Layers of fruit, hard candy, sweet herbs and spices are woven together in this intense rose. The Serralori is Cannonau, Carignano, Monica and Bovale Sardo. Anticipated maturity: 2011–2014.
