Made from 100% Pinot Noir, Dijon clones, planted on cool, sloping hillsides with sandy loam soils. Jasper is named for a red semiprecious stone found in California, with legendary properties to drive away evil spirits and to offer healing powers. Winemaker Dan Goldfield has crafted a sure-to-please, medium-bodied Pinot packed with black cherry, blackberry, zesty pomegranate and a creamy vanilla-spiced finish.
