Chassagne-Montrachet is the queen of white Burgundies, and the Jean Saint Honoré is a royal bargain! Elegant and complex, with subtle layers of fruit, oak and even some faint floral elements. Beautifully rich and well-suited to a variety of dishes, including quail, chicken, pasta and fish in cream sauce.

Riper and fuller bodied than its neighboring Puligny sibling, Chassagne-Montrachet typically expresses a broader texture on the palate, but still possesses the telltale minerality of all great white Burgundies. Ripe peach and juicy green apple, laced with lemon tart. Elegant and poised, the soft and full-bodied palate develops harmoniously and leaves a citrus fruit finish. Pairs well with any white meat, fish, or soft cheeses.
