Sleek and elegant, with a certain sophistication that belies its price point, this Mendocino Cabernet is filled with bright red and purple berry flavors. This is a balanced wine with appropriately crisp acids that are ideal to pair with grilled flank steaks with a gorgonzola cream sauce.

Currants and black plum fruits with sweet herbs and vanilla flavors followed in the end with cocoa. Matches well with burgers topped with provolone and mushrooms, skirt steaks, roasted turkey and pasta dishes in tomato based sauces.
