Originating just southeast of Bordeaux on the sunny hillsides of the Bergerac appellation, thriving among limestone and high well-drained hillsides, this luscious dry white made from Sauvignon Blanc exudes aromas of candied fruits, currants, honey, acacia and peaches. The fruit continues on the palate for a fresh, fruity taste making it light enough to pair with appetizers yet dense enough for seafood, tofurky, blue cheese, and other dry-glazed fruit compote dishes.
