A top-flight Corbieres from this reliable producer, the 2007 Grand Cuvee is a blend of 45% Grenache, 45% Syrah, and 10% Carignan. Abundant notes of spicy fruitcake, roasted herb, toast, black currant, and kirsch emerge from this expressive, round, generous, full-bodied red. It is ideal for drinking over the next 5–6 years.
