Bright dark red. Currant, blackberry and licorice aromas show a candied quality and a touch of reduction. In a sweetish style, with good intensity and harmonious acidity to the dark berry flavors. Hints of menthol and mint on the slightly stunted finish. Will this reduced wine show more give with another 6 to 12 months in bottle?
