The 2005 Moulin-a-Vent Domaine Michelon reveals a nose reminiscent of a dark mass of black cherry fruit that is dusted with road tar. Muscular, chunky, and medium to full-bodied, this wine attacks the palate with black fruits and spices that linger in its impressively long finish. Anticipated maturity: 2008–2016.
