This non-vintage Brut Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir), which has a disgorgement date of October 2002, is a light to medium-bodied Champagne that spent four years on its lees. very perfumed, offering tiny pinpoint, persistent bubbles, loads of fruit on the attack, and good mineral/chalky flavors with impressive penetration as well as persistence, it is a beautiful, fresh yet authoritatively flavored Champagne to drink over the next 7–8 years.

Mouthwatering, this rich version layers flavors of black cherry, crystallized honey, toasted almond and grilled plum, with refined texture and racy acidity. Offers a long, creamy finish. Disgorged June 2012. Drink now through 2022.

A full-bodied, opulent style, this Champagne is also concentrated and smooth. Vanilla and sweet spices add depth to its peach and buttered pastry flavors, as this glides to a lingering finish. For hedonists. Drink now.

Laurent’s NV Brut Blanc de Noirs wraps around the palate with rich, resonant fruit, honey, almonds, dried flowers and spices. Hints of ash, smoke and licorice develop in the glass, adding further complexity. Based on the wine’s complexity, I would not be surprised if there is a fair amount of reserve wine in this release. Disgorgement date: June 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012–2016.

Completely off the chart. Totally unique and bursting with a cornucopia of fresh summer fruits, flowers and mineral aromas and flavors. A balanced, rich and dynamic wine. A fascinating taste experience. Drink now through 2003. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.

Golden in color with a raspberry essence behind its bubbles, this wine has a lasting red glow. There’s a scent of caramel and bacon up front, then red fruit takes over, adding body and firmness. Refreshing and stylish fizz for a wild mushroom tart.

There’s a seashell-like minerality to the scent of this wine, and a cool, dark cavern feel to its flavors. It’s tight and dry, with fleshy lemon citrus notes firming up the finish. This is 100 percent pinot noir, selected and blended from three vintages. Serve it with poached salmon for brunch.
