Pale gold. Citrus pith, herbs and white flowers on the pungent nose. Dry and tightly wound on entry, then fleshier in the mid-palate, displaying fresh lemon and orange flavors and a hint of bitter quinine. Closes with good cut and thrust and refreshing bitterness. This would make a good gin and tonic substitute!
