The aromas are slightly perfumed with a faint backdrop of citrus. The body is heavy, and the palate is surprisingly complex, showing bread dough characteristics over the top of a tingling pepperiness. The finish is long.

The body is heavy, and the palate is surprisingly complex, showing bread dough characteristics over the top of a tingling pepperiness. The finish is long. We can’t remember using the word “complex” when describing a vodka before, but this one shows a tightly knit set of characteristics that deserve applause. In a martini, use very little dry vermouth, and we suggest an olive garnish.
