Return Policy

In accordance with New York State law, no alcoholic beverage purchased in our store can be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

• Under NYS law, we cannot re-sell any alcoholic beverages that have been returned by customers
• Under NYS law, we cannot grant an exchange or credit for non-defective merchandise.
• Under NYS law, we cannot, under any circumstances, take back any unopened or otherwise non-defective merchandise.
