About the Wine

This Paso Robles Cab starts out with an unusual nose of warm mincemeat, red licorice and crushed berries. The flavors, though, are actually very brisk and open, unencumbered by oak, which makes it a very adaptable wine for many food pairings. It will cut through a burger, a brisket sandwich, or even a meatball bomber with ease.
