"This estate’s largest production at 20,000 bottles, the Paitin 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo Starda shows a ripe side of the grape, with emphasis on wild strawberry and dried raspberry. Those aromas fan out within a few minutes to reveal exotic spice, crushed white pepper and crushed flowers. To the palate, this informal Nebbiolo is streamlined and tight.
