About the Wine

Although Chalk Hill is a sub-appellation of the Russian River Valley AVA, it’s somewhat warmer there, with moderating breezes but less cool fog. This wine has flavors of stewed apples, poached pears and vanilla bean, with a hint of minerality on the long, toasty finish. Pairs well with chicken and seafood.
